The mechanical threshold was significantly increased toward baseline with intranasal delivery of the CCK-BR scFv (4 mg/kg) tested in male mice with FRICT-ION chronic neuropathic pain. (B) FRICTION mice had significant reduction in reflexive withdrawal times to the cold probe applied on the snout indicating cold hypersensitivity.
