CHA induces a stable torpor state upon LPS infection. (A) The core temperature of mice received i.p. injection of saline and three dosages of CHA (0.2 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg, and 1.5 mg/kg). The mice received an i.p. injection of 1.5 mg/kg of CHA, together with or without 4 mg/kg LPS. The core temperature was recorded in (B), and the area under the curve of (B) was plotted in (C).
