Equivolumetric amounts of the pooled culture supernatant, 1:5 diluted (32 °C) or 1:10 diluted (37°) concentrated and rebuffered supernatant, as well as elution fractions 1 to 3, were loaded. The area between the horizontal lines represents the highly glycosylated CD19-AD2.
