Phenotypic trait measurements in the SGDH14 x Express 617 DH population and the respective lines with and without HNRT. The groups with and without HNRT were formed by dividing the DH lines according to their SNP marker data in the C05 QTL region. Genotypes with HNRT showed several markers as “failed” in this region, equal to missing marker pattern of SGDH14. Oil, protein and crude fibre contents of the genotypes with the HNRT (n = 71) and without HNRT (n = 67) in the SGDH14 x Express 617 DH population of Behnke et al. (2018) are listed. The significance level was calculated with a single factor ANOVA
