Graph representing the 40 μL DI−water drop test of a ZnO/IDT/quartz device (Table 1). The difference in the dB level from the peak (red arrows) of the main lobe to the left trough (green arrows) of the main lobe decreased from 24.605 dB to 10.394 dB. The damping effect by the water droplet showed the existence of out-of-plane modes, and the current device still generated a low percentage of SH mode waves.
