Branch lengths are reported in substitutions (point mutations) per genome. Genomes of strains LMG 6866 (R. mannitolilytica type strain) and SN82F48 (complete NCBI reference genome for R. mannitolilytica) and SN83A39 (RefSeq GCF_001628775.1) were included in the analysis as references representatives of the same species. Panel B shows the details of the collapsed subtree including the outbreak isolates.
