aPR: adjusted prevalence ratio; CI: confidence interval; NH: non-Hispanic.
All percentages are weighted.
--variables were not included in multivariable regression model.
Booster data not available for children <5 years.
Vaccination status is collected for any children in the household; thus, to examine age-specific vaccination status, analyses were limited to parents with only children in those age groups.
Regression model adjusted for age, sex, race/ethnicity, educational status, annual household income, insurance status, parental COVID-19 vaccination, prior COVID-19 infection, region (for all age-specific vaccination models), and number of children in household (only for model with all children and adolescents).
