Receiver operating characteristic curves to determine the H₂VK-65 score cutoff with the highest sensitivity and specificity for predicting high coronary artery calcium (CAC) score in the derivation cohort (A), and to confirm the identified cutoff value in the validation cohort (B). Using a cutoff threshold of 4 points or above, the sensitivity and specificity for detecting high CAC was 81% and 80%, respectively, in the derivation cohort. The area under the curve was 0.88 and 0.85 in the derivation cohort and validation cohort, respectively.
