The direct comparison between the marker’s masses, given in units of mass per cell, between XFI and ICP-MS shows very good agreement with a mean and standard deviation of the ratio between ICP-MS and XFI as 1.03 $\pm$ 0.21 over all 8 data points. This underlines both the multi-tracking capability of XFI as well as its quantitative character.
