Profile of proteins found in culture supernatants. DK1622 (WT) and DK8615 (ΔQ) cells were grown in either CTT or A1 minimal medium with Tran³⁵S-label. Culture supernatants were precipitated with trichloroacetic acid, and protein samples were separated by SDS–12% PAGE. The positions of molecular mass standards (in kilodaltons) are given.
