Diagram shows workflow for structural network construction. Whole‐brain parcellation and surface reconstructions in patient with DLGG were processed used VBG pipeline based on the 3DT1WI and segmented tumor mask. After whole brain tractogram generation using probabilistic tractography and SIFT filtering, an 84 × 84 adjacency matrix was generated. Further, the connectome matrices were divided into contra‐ and ipsilateral matrices.
