Co-transcriptional imprinting mRNAs with decay mediators. Model proposes that the Rpb4/7 module of RNAPII associates with mRNAs co-transcriptionally, remains associated with mRNAs as they are exported from the nucleus, and their abundance regulates subsequent decay events.
