Fig 2

Juvenile (A), male (B), and female (C) worms were incubated with 25 μM P96, 50 μM P96 and 100 μM PZQ for 24h, 48h and 72h of incubation in drug-free medium, following the initial exposure of parasites for 16 h to each drug and subsequent washing for drug removal. The viability was assigned using a viability score of 0–3. The control group was incubated with complete DMEM with 0.1% DMSO. ****represents significant differences compared to the control group, P<0.0001. ***represents significant differences of 50 μM P96 treatment group compared to the PZQ treatment group, P<0.0001. **represents significant differences of 50 μM P96 treatment group compared to the PZQ treatment group, P<0.01. *represents significant differences of 50 μM P96 treatment group compared to the PZQ treatment group, P<0.05.
