Childhood maltreatment was evaluated with CTQ. Lifetime stress was evaluated with MEL and was available only in the BeCOME cohort. Burden of psychiatric disease was evaluated with the computer-based modified version of the Munich-Composite International Diagnostic Interview (DIA-X/M-CIDI).
