Effect of Tamoxifen (TAM) 100 ppm on the growth of established tumors. Groups of 3-week-old transgenic mice were randomly assigned to the indicated experimental interventions. At week 11 of age, Tamoxifen 100 ppm was added to the diet of mice fed 20% CO or 10% FO. The mice were followed for an additional 2 weeks prior to sacrifice.
