SC-514 and PS-1145 inhibit TNFα-induced NFκB activity in T47D cells. T47D cells were transiently transfected with 0.5 μg pNFkB-Luc for 24 h. Transfected cells were treated with TNFα (10 ng/ml) ± BAY11-7082 (5 and 20 μM), SC-514 (10 and 50 μM), and PS-1145 (3 and 10 μM) for 24 h. Firefly luciferase activity was measured and expressed as arbitrary units relative to vehicle-treated cells.
