Polymeric secondary reagents outperformed traditional secondary antibodies. Primary antibodies used were rabbit anti-human CD11c (A, B) and rabbit anti-human Tbet (C, D). Detection using a donkey anti-rabbit HRP antibody (A, C) showed dimmer staining as compared with detection using a horse (B) or goat (D) anti-rabbit HRP polymer.
