The figure demonstrates a cladogram of bacterial biomarkers (A) and a histogram of the LDA scores (B). Circles of different colors indicate different treatments (red for SKR.2, green for SKR.4, blue for SYT.2, and purple for SYT.3). The circles from the inside to outside indicate bacteria from the kingdom to genus levels. The definitions of SKR.2, SKR.4, SYT.2, and SYT.3 are shown in Figure 1.
