Rates and 95% confidence intervals (represented by the whiskers) were estimated using a linear probability regression model while controlling for individual-level and area-level characteristics and the six groups by level of care need. Using the predictive marginal effects at representative values estimated from the linear probability regression model, we estimated the adjusted rates of the outcome by group based on level of care need.
