Poor nutrient content of fecal pellets from mice on a high fat/high protein diet. Mice were fed with different diets for three months and the nutrient content of the fecal pellets analyzed. Mice on a high fat/high protein diet had low levels of (A) Protein, (B) Carbohydrate and (C) Lipids. (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001 as determined by t test). All results are expressed as Mean ± SD; (n = 5 mice per treatment).
