In this method, the exothermic reaction between Milli-Q water and an exothermic agent is performed to stop the SalivaDirect by inactivating proteinase K. In this process, dissolving palmitic acid in the PP container and heating the inside of the vacuum-insulated (VI) container are also performed. (b) Operation of the LAMP assay. During the LAMP, the PP container is placed inside the VI container, and the PCR tube containing the LAMP sample is placed on the stand of the PP container. The reaction is carried out by applying the transition heat of palmitic acid as it transitions from liquid to solid.
