Best local responses of individual patients (intention-to-treat analysis)

The best local response occurred in 14 patients with SD and 4 patients with PD. There were 7 patients with confirmed SD (95% confidence interval for disease control rate: 17.30, 64.25%). Overall, the mean (SD) time to disease control was 5.83 weeks (2.245). For targeted lesions, overall 14 patients had confirmed SD (95% confidence interval for disease control rate: 52.36, 93.59). The overall mean (SD) time to disease control was 5.55 weeks (2.237). The change in the longest diameter of the target lesion injected with OBP-301 before and after administration was measured.
