For a-e, cells were treated with 25 µM of AA-d8 or OA-d9 for 4 h prior to lipid measurements. Data represent mean values ± S.E.M from three-four independent experiments per group. P-values were derived using a Two-sided Student’s t-test performed relative to sgCtrl cells.
