Plain radiographs (AP (A), oblique (B), and lateral (C)) of the foot demonstrated no abnormality. Sagittal T1 MRI demonstrated a low signal area (D) with extensive edema on the fluid-sensitive sequence (E). CT confirmed the lesion with classic characteristics on axial (F) and sagittal (G) images. The patient was treated definitively with RFA (H) of the lesion under CT guidance.
