Intrathecally injected ultracentrifuged rNCS (U-rNCS) was used as control. *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ****p<0.001, **p<0.0001, n=5 per group, two-way ANOVA, followed by Bonferroni posthoc test. Male donors and receivers were tested.
