(A) Pregnancy rate and live birth rate in the subgroup analysis of patients who received blastocyst transfer. The biochemical, clinical, and ongoing pregnancy rates were comparable. However, the live birth rate was higher in the study group (35.7 vs. 22.2%, p = 0.03) [OR = 1.9, 95% CI (1.05, 3.59)], and the miscarriage rate was lower in the study group (8.2 vs. 24.3%, p = 0.002) [OR = 0.28, 95% CI (0.12, 0.65)]. (B) The subgroup analysis in cleavage embryo group showed that all the pregnancy outcomes were comparable in both groups (p > 0.05).
