Seizures were induced by bicuculline (3 mg/kg ip). aCSF (Control), the CBS inhibitor AOA (5 mM), or the CSE inhibitor PPG (5 mM) were placed to the brain surface under the cranial window 20 min before bicuculline and kept constant during the experiment.
