Carcinoid Syndrome: The most common manifestations present in CS are cognitive impairment, flushing, dyspnea/bronchospasm, pellagra, mesenteric fibrosis, diarrhea and carcinoid heart disease. In the management of CHD, it is important to (a) recognize the symptoms, (b) perform a diagnostic evaluation, (c) administer drug treatment and (d) administer interventional treatment.
