Note: AUSC +; calves with a AUSC score ≥ of 1, ≥2 or ≥3 for AUSC1, AUSC2 and AUSC3 respectively (pathological lung sounds); AUSC −; calves with a AUSC score < of 1, <2 or <3 for AUSC1, AUSC2 and AUSC3 respectively (physiological lung sounds). WCRS +; calves with a Wisconsin calf respiratory scoring ≥5 (considered positive). WCRS −; calves with a Wisconsin calf respiratory scoring <5 (considered negative).
