Early exercise training (lasts 60 ​min):

    10 ​min of Bobath exercise for joint and muscle strength;

    10 ​min of muscle group strength training with a rubber band;

    15 ​min of functional training for upper limb and hand fine motor skills;

  • -

    10 ​min of balance training;

  • -

    15 ​min of walking with assistance and surveillance protection

2–5 Early exercise training (lasts 60 ​min)
Daily living skills training: washing, eating, and dressing
Wear portable fingertip oxygen saturation monitor and accompanied by medical staff during activity

Day 0: Surgery day; Day 1: The first day after neurosurgery; Day 2–5: The second to fifth day after neurosurgery.
