Microadenoma (Adrenocorticotrophic hormone [ACTH]-producing PitNET/pituitary adenoma). A 14-year-old male, with moon face and ACTH level of 91 pg/mL. Coronal dynamic T1WI (at 90 s) revealed a 5-mm mass clearly visible on the left side of the pituitary gland (arrow). A transsphenoidal approach was used to remove the tumor, which was confirmed to be an ACTH-producing adenoma
