T-score < −1.0 with one of the following criteria -Women age ≥ 70 years or men age ≥ 80 years -Height loss (≥ 4 cm without record or ≥ 2 cm with a record) -A history of the vertebral fracture without a medical record -Long-term glucocorticoid therapy (prednisolone ≥ 5 mg/day or equivalent for ≥ 3 months)
