It should be noted that, of the two catalytic sites shown in Fig 3H, the one on the right side is shown here. In panel (A), the distances between the carbonyl oxygen of Gly422 and the Cδ atom of Arg406 are shown, which are 4.8 and 3.9 Å for the zinc-bound and cadmium-bound forms, respectively.
