Evaluation of iSR D-FFOCT spatial resolution using filipodia, which are sub-diffraction limit sized structures. Fig.2a shows an image including filipodia from which an intensity profile is displayed and fitted to a Gaussian in Fig.2b, with a half-width at the half-maximum (HWHM) of 378.4 nm. Fig.2d. shows an axial reslicing of a z stack including filipodia from which an intensity profile is displayed and fitted to a Gaussian in Fig.2c, with a full-width at the half-maximum (FWHM) of 415 nm. Intensity profiles displayed in Fig. 2(b)-(c) are highlighted by a blue line in Fig. 2(a) and, respectively. Scale bar in Fig. 2(a) is 44 µm and 10 µm in Fig. 2(d).
