The structural models of Bni1p (1Y64) and FMNL3 (4EAH) were obtained from PDB. The structural model of INF2 was generated by homology modelling using PHYRE-2 [24]. To confirm the model generated by Phyre2 we used Swiss Model [33] and DTU server [34] to generate additional models (data not shown) and those were similar to the one generated by PHYRE-2.
