Thermal stabilities of free proteins and complexes with the target peptide CBD were measured with nanoDSF in the presence of either 10 mM Mg²⁺, Ca²⁺, Ca²⁺ + Mg²⁺, or EDTA. Temperatures of thermal unfolding (apparent T_m) are shown as mean ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent biological replicates. Raw nanoDSF traces are shown in Figure 3—figure supplement 1.
