Human immunodeficiency virus type one (HIV-1)-RT-LAMP products verification. The HIV-1-RT-LAMP products were identified simultaneously using (A) 2% agarose gel electrophoresis, (B) real-time turbidity, (C) color change (L-HNB), and (D) AuNPs-LFA. Templates of A1/B1/C1/D1 -A4/B4/C4/D4 were the HIV-1-plasmid (positive), HBV (negative), HCV (negative), and DW (blank control), respectively.
