We collected eight types of epigenetic genome modification signals and corresponding expression data of transcription factors in different cell types or tissues from the ENCODE project. Based on these data, we trained the EpiGePT model and deployed it as a built-in kernel on an Apache server. Users without much coding experience can also access the web server in two ways to obtain the eight types of epigenetic genome modification signals for specified cell types and genomic regions without programming or installation.
