Table 2: Performance comparison between European and other ancestry groups on the overlapping disorders.

This table is an extension of the ancestry section in Table 1, taking the overlapped disorders between European and other ancestry groups. Each category compares European and non-European ancestry groups’ performance on the same set of disorders. The number of overlapped disorders is reported in the ‘Disorders’ column. In comparing African and European groups, six disorders exist in the test sets of both ancestry groups. The top-1, top-5, top-10, and top-30 accuracy are reported. For the top-1 to top-30 columns, the best performance in each category is boldfaced.
