The table displays the abbreviations used in Tables and Figures, the reported population prevalence used to estimate SNP-heritability on the liability scale for disorders, the estimated SNP-heritability calculated using LD score regression70 (observed scale for continuous traits), the total number of genome-wide significant loci after merging any physically overlapping lead SNPs (LD blocks <250 kb apart), the number of cases and controls or participants, the number of SNPs in the GWAS summary statistics and the associated PubMed IDs. Note that for PTSD, the prevalence estimate is based on the reported prevalence after trauma exposure, rather than the prevalence estimate in the whole population49.
