Expression of various molecules on DCs differentiated in the presence of CI-959-A. DCs were differentiated by using rGM-CSF (1000 U/μl) and rIL-4 (200 U/μl) for 5 days in the presence of CI-959-A (1 μM) or CI-959 (1 μM).
