Diagnosis of NVG or rubeotic glaucoma by ophthalmologist that has been documented	Initially reviewed for management of NVG or rubeotic glaucoma at SEH prior to January 1, 2013, or after December 31, 2018
OR Reviewed at SEH for management of neovascular glaucoma	No documentation of raised IOP or signs of neovascularization of iris or angle
