Binding of S. mutans fimbriae to whole-saliva-coated ELISA plates. The ability of S. mutans fimbriae (0.33 to 33.00 μg/ml) to bind to saliva (undiluted and diluted 1:2 and 1:10) was determined by ELISA. The negative controls were wells that did not contain fimbriae.
