Outline of the study. Paired endometrial tissue and cervical cell samples were collected from 20 individuals; from healthy women in the proliferative phase (P, n = 4), at LH + 2 (n = 4), at LH + 7 (n = 4), and at LH + 11 (n = 4), and from four women five days after progesterone treatment in hormone replacement cycles (HRC: P + 5). RNA was isolated from cervical cells, and the whole transcriptome was sequenced and analyzed. The endometrial receptivity analysis was done by beREADY test (12) to confirm the receptivity status of studied endometrial samples. LH, luteinizing hormone, HRC, hormone replacement cycle.
