Cytokines and chemokines released into lung extracts in BALB/c mice after homologous A/PR8 challenge. Lung samples of the vaccinated BALB/c mice (n = 5) were harvested at 7 days post challenge. Cytokine and chemokine levels were measured using ELISA. All results are presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD) with individual dots.
