Principal component analysis (PCA) of the mRNA-seq results showed differentially expressed genes from serum-starved human hFOB osteoblasts: positive control (+FBS, 0.01% DMSO); negative control (−FBS, 0.01% DMSO) as compared with osteoblasts grown without FBS (−FBS) and treated with RES or POG (1.0 μg/mL). Negative control (red dots; −FBS) samples and positive control (green dots; +FBS); RES-treated samples (blue dots); and POG-treated osteoblasts (purple dots).
