Effect of BFA treatment on the subcellular distribution of HSV-gE. HeLa cells were double transfected with pSFFV-HSV-gE and either pSFFV-VZV-gE (a and b) or pSG5-furin (c and d) and treated for 5 min with 10 μg of BFA per ml.
