RR: relative risk, indicates the probability of an individual in the groups of “tick-infested patients” to be seropositive to Borrelia. RR = ∞ (undefined) when the prevalence value equals 0 in a group. The significance of the association was also tested using Fisher’s exact test (* p < 0.05; ns, non-significant).
