Effect of NaCl stress on different photosynthetic pigments. Plants of Brassica juncea (black bars) and Brassica napus (grey bars) were exposed to either 0 or 300 mM NaCl and concentrations of different photosynthetic pigments, including chlorophyll (a) and carotenoids (b), and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b (c) was measured after 15 days.
