Fig. 2.

The 27 Connectome-based predictive models (3 combinations of imaging features [SC, FC, SC + FC] × 3 combinations of strength features [positive network strength, negative network strength, positive and negative network strength] × 3 combinations of no-imaging characteristics [imaging only, demographic characteristics, demographic characteristics + clinical measures]), and 36 comparison models (3 combinations of imaging features [SC edge, FC edge, SC and FC edge] × 3 combinations of no-imaging characteristics [imaging only, demographic characteristics, demographic characteristics and clinical measures] × 4 prediction algorithms [LASSO, PLSR, elastic net, and SVR]) were assessed by correlating predicted and observed individual scores.
